Back Ordered / Out Of Stock Items
Estimated arrival dates for back ordered items are subject to change. You may be contacted via email or telephone with updated information after 30 days of back order status. Orders containing both in stock, and back ordered items will have all available items shipped ahead. Your card will not be billed for a back ordered item until it is shipped, and an email confirmation will follow. Occasionally an item is found to be out-of-stock after the order has been processed due to an inventory discrepancy. We will credit your account for the value of that item, and ship all available items.
RETURNS
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
In order to return goods for refund or credit, please include your packing slip in the box, seal, and take to any authorized shipper. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to by customer service.
To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging.

Your order will be received into our facility at 15 Gooding Ave, Bristol RI 02809 within 24 of receipt and your refund or credit will be promptly posted to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns for store credit (online store only) must be received within 30 days of the order shipment date. Returns for refund to tender type (credit card, etc…) must be received within 20 days of the order shipment date.
